Our mission is to help everyone be Fit for Duty and Retire well. We start our careers young and healthy, why not retire and little older and healthy? We believe you should retire well so you can enjoy those golden years. We do this by inspiring hope and contributing to health and well-being by providing the best information to everyone through education.
We offer a range of services to companies looking to bring up their employee's morale. We focus on being Fit for Duty. We education about the importance of food and how it effects fatigue. 515 Wellness was established in 2016 by Elise Frandsen.
Elise earned a B.S. Degree from the University of Utah in Exercise Sports Science and has worked in the fitness field for 20 years. She is the founder of 515 Wellness, a wellness consulting company. She is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified personal trainer. During her career, she has worked as a Wellness Coach for Premise Health, consulting at mine sites throughout Northern Nevada. She has worked as an Exercise Specialist at LDS Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah and as a personal trainer at the University of Utah. She is a Les Mills certified instructor. She has taught aerobics at the University of Utah, and 24-Hour Fitness and at a local gym in Elko, NV. She has also worked in the public-school system as a Physical Education Specialist, and in higher education as a personal trainer instructor for Eagle Gate College in Salt Lake City, Utah.
