At 515 Wellness and Aesthetics, we recommend starting your journey with a full panel lab draw screening for hormone imbalances, thyroid disease, insulin resistance, and vitamin deficiencies to rule out any causes that would make weight loss more difficult to achieve.
If medications, supplements, or hormones are needed based on lab work, we then help our clients weigh the risks and benefits of medications based on their lab profile. Your 12 week plan will start with a full lab panel and InBody Composition scan followed by your plan of care and weight loss start. You will have weekly visits with RN or NP to have the opportunity to make dosing adjustments and to help guide you with suggestions, troubleshooting, or navigating any potential side effects. Quality compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide are weekly subcutaneous injections.

We specialize in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy (BHRT) to restore hormone balance and alleviate symptoms associated with hormonal imbalances.

Bioidentical hormone replacement with Biote subcutaneous pellets. The pellets are high-quality and custom-compounded with bioidentical hormones. Hormone therapy by way of pellets provides a consistent release of hormones. When hormones are out of balance, hormone replacement therapy may help relieve a wide array of symptoms, both physical and emotional.
Within two to four weeks of a pellet insertion, the hormone therapy can start alleviating unwanted symptoms. Bioidentical hormone replacement therapy aims to relieve the source of the problem, not just the symptoms themselves.
